25 year old BAGS PHD!!

I told you all i was taking a break from blogging but I just had to blog this!
At the 10th Convocation of Babcock  University and inauguration of their Medical school,a young lady of 25 yrs,Oladeinbo Gilbert, bagged a PHD!


This young Lady Should Inspire you ooh!.But would this be possible in "OUR" Public universities?
